President Obama isn't taking away our right to
bear arms.
He's only saying that there are certain kinds of arms that shouldn't be in the hands of private citizens.
Guns such as military-level assault weapons are capable of doing far too much damage in mere seconds.
If you believed in no gun/weapon control at all, then, I guess it would make sense for every individual to have the right to own his/her very own Atomic Bomb!
